Caribbean Star Airlines Limited was incorporated in Antigua on January 18^th, 2000 by businessman/entrepreneur R. Allen Stanford, who is the sole shareholder of a global network of financial companies headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Caribbean Star Airlines Limited was born out of the need to provide the region with an airline that would ensure that the Caribbean people - and others visiting the Caribbean - receive the highest degree of professionalism in the delivery of customer service by an airline.

Caribbean Star Airlines Limited is proud of its accomplishments in just three short years - over 100 daily flights with a fleet of 9 aircraft servicing 13 beautiful Caribbean destinations - Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago, Tortola, - and growing. To date, the airline has carried approximately 750,000 passengers, more than 70% of whom rate its fares and in-flight service as the best they've experienced.
